A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Aaron — a Senior Product Manager, professional over-thinker, and reluctant data wrangler. I’ve been working in product for over 12 years across startups, scale-ups, corporate ( Meh not my favourite) and everything in between.
I've shipped things that broke, things that flew, and things that definitely should have been MVPs but somehow ended up with 9 stakeholders and an app covering as many edge cases as you could shake your fist at...

I've worked in Global startup travel insurance companies, Ski Chalet rentals, The automotive industry, graphic design, Food distribution and Lettings... I'm sure there are others but who's counting right! On top of all of that I've also had my own e-commerce and wedding photography business - Safe to safe I have learnt alot along the way.
Right now I currently work in the Lettings industry, a proptech company focused on deposit-free renting and improving the rental experience for tenants, agents, and landlords. My work spans across B2B and B2C products, pricing and payments, user journeys, platform strategy, and leading cross-functional initiatives with Design, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
I’m known for:
- Making Notion boards look unnecessarily pretty - It's a skill I tell you!
- Building product roadmaps, strategies and ideas out of messy user feedback
- Being slightly too excited about retrospectives and the improvements that can be found -
- Seeking feedback - I love feedback, it helps to keep me grounded.
- Having 17 side projects on the go, and maybe finishing one... Maybe one day!
No what enables me to do all of this? ADHD!

I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult — which, in hindsight, explained so much. The hyperfocus. The burnout. The task-switching. The post-it notes on top of post-it notes. But also the empathy, the systems thinking, the creativity, and the ability to see what others miss.
This blog is part reflection, part resource, part rebellion.
It’s where I write about what it’s really like to build product with a neurodivergent brain — and try to do it in a way that helps others feel less alone and more empowered.
When I’m not product-managing or pretending to clean the house, I’m usually:
- Building a new Notion workspace that solves everything
- Tinkering with my ADHD workflows
- Grabbing my camera and appearing at weddings across the country! Creativity right!
- Planning a multiple holidays.. Where I won't relax
- Or thinking about writing… and then writing this blog
